William embarked upon his insurance career in 1987 cutting his teeth in the business with such nationally recognized insurers as: AETNA, CIGNA & ACE USA.  Then in December of 2000, William created the Encore Risk Management Group, Inc. and established MediaPlus Insurance Services, as a full service, niche-specialist commercial insurance agency for multi-media, broadcast & entertainment companies & special events throughout the Southeast United States.
